Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM MST will be processed the following business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via our website's announcement bar or directly to the customer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Restrictions
  • We cannot ship certain hazardous materials (HAZMAT) internationally, and some may be restricted to ground transportation within the US.
  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs and delivery times without prior notice.
  • We do not ship to any other international locations outside of the United States and Canada at this time.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
